Cycle Specialties

This is the best bike place around, hands down. I generally work on my own machines but if it's beyond my ability I go to Cycle Specialties and they always treat me good, & go above and beyond make sure my toye, my kids toys, my girlfriends toy is safe and efficient.

Went to help a friend pick up a bike today. This place is awesome and the prices are amazing. Will be back to do some shopping ;)

Great service. I mean, GREAT SERVICE. I am in a vacation trip (2000 mile trip) and i needed a rear tire. I call several places and they didn't have the tire or the time to serve my bike. (I was not going to be in town much. Because i am on vacation). They managed to get me tires (even with covid-19 restrictions), several choices, they explained them to me and helped me choose the best option for my needs. I ended up getting new shades, boots and other stuff as well because their selection and prices is amazing. (And my boots were ready to give up).

I stopped through with a friend to sell his bike. It took a little bit to get the process going but they offered a fair price and everyone was happy.

Sales staff member not only knew nothing of the bike for sale, but also seemed largely uninterested in working with me in general. This shop will not be gaining my business. My advice is to educate your sales staff or, allow customers to speak to someone more knowledgeable in the building.
