Registers are down. Cant purchase ANYTHING, with cash or card. Don’t waste your time

The selection is good. When I walked in, a young man greeted me nicely. When I went to the golf section to buy shoes, there were 3 employees standing there talking. Not one asked if they could help me. Two walked by me and didn't say a word. When I checked out the gal acted like .. Ok, let's get this over with. Not a very welcoming store.

I just left out of the location in Kenwood, Cincinnati Ohio.nI was in line to pay for my items. There was no one else in line other than myself. As the cashier was due to check me out, a customer walked into the store and walked right up to her register and said he needed to return an item. He did not get in line at all. Both the cashier and other customer saw me standing there the whole time. She didn’t inform the guy that he needed to get in line for his return.nInstead, she processed his return. She never said anything to me either.nnAs I approached the register to finally check out my items. I informed the cashier that I no longer wanted to purchase my items.nnNot a good experience at this store. I won’t be back.

Always great service and awesome product. They were able to regrip my putter while I picked up a few golf shirts.
