Copeland was recommended by our realtor for repairs we needed to remedy upon the sale of our home. I cannot say enough about my experience. I emailed photos of what needed repaired, they quoted me a price and arrived and just started the repair! He actually caulked more then what was needed and walked the area looking to ensure everything looked good. I have had horror stories over the years with roof needs. We cannot tell you how thankful it is to know Copeland is out there to help us now! In fact I need two repairs where I just moved you know I’ll be calling Copeland!
I have nothing but good things to say about the roofing job they did for me they actually came out earlier than expected but when I came to the gutters had to call them twice to get them to come out and they only did my house and charging me extra to do the garage which they roofed both don’t understand I feel like if they give me a quote for the house and the garage roof then gutters quote should have included the house in the garage probably just their way of squeezing more money
Knowledgeable, concise answers to questions in layman's terms. Call ahead notice anytime they needed to be on our property. The entire roof tear off, skylight replacements and new roof was all done in one day! Two crews were available the day of my roof installation. All in all, both fast professional crews with excellent cleanup at the end of the day. I found one or two small pieces of paper near the tree lines. I have not seen any nails in the yard. They moved or covered up any outdoor furnishings or valuables before starting. Good pricing, fast courteous service and professional installation. Would use them again.
I was looking at a roof repair for a 3-season porch, a flat roof. First of all other companies would only consider the job in combination with the entire roof. Copeland came out, on time, and offered options for repairs, complete to partial, at a very competitive price. On the day of repair, the team showed up on time, got to work and finished the job way before I expected, cleaned up and went on their way. The roof looks great. Copeland can expect my return business when I'm ready for the next project. HIghly recommended.
