Rooms were dirty and run down bad. Floors had not been swept or vacuumed and dirty and nasty around box springs, didn't see any bugs but my husband left with 3 bites of some kind. No breakfast because of Covid but having no coffee was a disappointment not a good stay in my opinion
I booked my room online and without thinking went in at 11:00am when check in time wasn't til 3pm. I told the clerk I'd pay him extra $20 if he let me check in early I needed a shower and was tired as hell. He let me in early and told me to slide him $10 instead. That and the cleanliness of my room and the hotel itself are the main reasons I give this 4 out of 5 stars which I didn't really have any complaints about the place just didn't think it was 5star material but still pretty nice place and reasonable prices especially if you book online.
We got in at 8pm,, sign and guy said no quest are allowed between 10pm to 8am. I am sorry but I just has a family member past way . I ask them for Shampoo cause there was 3 of us . Ther only one tiny bottle . He said no u there no more . Only one key .. 11:04 call to leave the room .., I came here for privacy not to be watch by camera . Shower system sucked , fridge was loud .. the people are rude
We always stay here..rooms are nice..staff is friendly.some of the guests looked kinda shady..But overall for a overnite stay..i would definitely recommend this motel.
I'm giving this business a 5 star for the manager , Vijay. He was so kind to me in a very hard situation I was in. He gave me a room and allowed me to extend my stay for the same rate. Bless you Vijay. I'll remember your kindness.
