We were having a birthday party for my grandson. We stayed one night and the staff accommodated to our needs. Our house maid gave us extra cups & towels. She was so nice she even wished him a happy birthday. The room was very clean, the beds are comfortable & after a hectic day & night we all slept good.nNo body aches upon waking up!nnIf you want to plan a special occasion this is the place to stay & to enjoy yourselves. The staff will do all they can to make sure it is!!
Best hotel I've stayed at by far!! Everything was wonderful. Very clean, nice and up to date. Stay was amazing, especially Allysa. They were all so friendly and accommodating. My friend also stayed in another room and was very pleased also. I wish there was one where she lived so I could stay there when I go see her, which is often. I very highly recommend anyone to stay here!!
Laid-back family-friendly hotel. We all enjoyed the pool table and lobby area. Hotel staff keep a sign-up sheet for the pool, and we had no trouble getting swimming slots where a maximum of two other rooms were swimming at the same time. Continental breakfast is lacking on protein, and the rooms feel small, but overall we had a great stay here. The staff was friendly and responsive to anything we needed.
Great stay in a new hotel. My only word of caution - if you are a typical weekend traveler on a stay for a soccer tournament, dance event or something similar, prepare for a particularly noisy weekend. If you are a veteran to these events you know that hotels are a bit loud in general, but this hotel has a tough time with sound deadening material/construction.nnFor the business traveler a typical weeknight will not be an issue. Great location, excellent amenities (a reasonable gym, comfortable and clean room), 24-hour snacks and a great TV in the room.
Simple, modern and comfortable. The woman who checked me in was pleasant and informative. Room was bright and clean. Laminate floors instead of carpet (a plus for me, because I think hotel carpet is gross). Everything worked properly. Kinda slim on space, but that’s not a big deal for me. No complaints and I will definitely stay here again on my next visit.
