I was at Kenworth dealership getting my company truck fixed and I was met with the Rep of Suburban telling me about this great hotel. Well I took the Reps word and ask my company to suggest using this hotel. I got picked up by shuttle and transport to the hotel. My shuttle driver showed me the laundry area,because I brought my laundry bag. Was told about the free laundry as one time courtesy. Met Mr. Douglas Brook and the professionalism was perfect and soothe transition from company payment and I didn't have wait for long. My room was clean and set for cooking..a little apartment studio setup. I love it!
It was great they’re extremely nice and kind, they’re rooms are clean... they don’t have breakfast or any food in the hotel, but they have a fully stocked kitchen it has cups and spoons and pots and pans. There’s a meijer within walking distance you can grab something to cook... I would stay again for sure
They only have 5 stars but if I could rate it higher I most definitely would, really nice clean an quiet place to stay. This is definitely r go to place when were n the area, Ty.
Clean, fairly upto date rooms. Very friendly staff, rooms are clean. We had a small hickup because we reserved the wrong room but the location fixed the issue very quickly and got us into the correct room.nnUpdate: we decided to stayhere a week longer and so far have been very impressed.
Amazing customer service. Assistant General Manager is great. Helped with every request I made.
