We stayed here overnight, Katy was very nice at check in. The room was clean and neat with no odors! Yes!! Misty checked us out - she has very cute glow fish! We could see them in the next room. THANKS Katy, Misty, and Extended America Staff!
Let the Buyer Beware. They put a $100.00 hold on your card in addition to the room fee. Didn’t see that anywhere when booking. Canceled my reservation at the end of this month because of this. I just looked under the Room Rates and Services and Policies on the website and don’t see it stated there. In addition to this, the room was dirty, complete with who know who’s body hair and it smelled.
The staff was really kind and helpful, our room had a couple issues which they probably were not aware of, we did let them know: sink stopper will not open to let the water drain heater system came on every 5 minutes and made a unpleasant starting sound the cover was not put on correctly was kind of dangling. We did alert the staff and I hope they corrected it the staff themselves were fantastic from the start.
I made a comment earlier that this Extended Stay was unable to refund some money owed to me ..I made the mistake.. I apologize.. And the service here is excellent - the people are great. - love happy holidays...
I didn't get a chance to write a review on this property before the survey expired, but wanted to make sure to acknowledge Misti and Stephanie and their staff for the accommodations during my stay. The property was clean, safe, the staff was awesome, the management leads by example, everyone is always working and I can appreciate that. Great location, shopping and interstates were close by so no need to travel far for anything I needed. Highly recommend and will stay here on my future business stays. Pool was closed unfortunately due to COVID, however they do have one.
