Pros: Friendly staff. Great rates. Check out time is at noon. Quite & clean environment. Smoke/tobacco free. Comfortable bed. Good location; not too close to main traffic.nnCons: Below average internet/weak signal. Microwave & mini fridge seem to barely operate. Hard water stains in bathroom. Cable options are very basic.nnKeep in mind, you get what you pay for. Overall, it’s a decent hotel & I’ve stayed multiple times.
We rented the king suite, we’ve stayed at the laquinta hotel in Cincinnati that was beautiful and accommodating! This location in Fairborn, The hotel bathroom was dirty, the ice machine was not working, the hallway carpet was nasty the sectional in the room had so much dog hair on it you couldn’t sit on it, the pool area was cold. There was one older women working in the morning that was so cute and sweet but the rest of the staff was just smug and quite frankly not inviting. We spend a lot of money for just one night and it was just disappointing. Leaving was honestly refreshing.
Terrible! Wifi never works, floor is wet from rain water. Bathroom smells like cat spray. Guests are smoking weed and black and mild two rooms down from me. The microwave does not work. No hot water for two days. Staff is not helpful. Dead bees all over my carpet. Disgusting!!!
Clean. Accommodating.friendly staff. I would recommend. Affordable.
Pool was cold. In the winter I thought it would at least be warm. Was in less than an hour and lips was blue from cold.
