The people leaving 5 star reviews have obviously not stayed in very nice places. Kacey at the front desk and the pressure in the shower were the only bright spots. The beds are VERY hard. Our shower did not drain at all. The hotel is dated and needs an upgrade! The room and bathroom are very tiny.
Major bedbugs!!! Absolutely disgusting. This place should be bulldozed down to the ground
Very clean room, staff was very helpful. Paid extra for steam cleaning due to COVID, noticed steam - cleaned rooms were sealed with a sticker on door to show extra cleaning was done. Remote was covered and sealed in plastic...nice touch. Reasonably priced in a good location.
Bedbugs everywhere with proof of it. They claim they’re stink bugs but they’re not. They’re completely unprofessional.
BED BUGS, stay away from this hotel they have BED BUGS!!!! They lied and said they were stinkbugs and refused to release the Orkin report, they were 100% bed bugs. They blocked the guest on social media, this is a dirty, disgusting hotel, with BED BUGS and AWFUL customer service. Shame on Hilton. Do better
