Got overcharged by $70.69, for a day my wife and daughter did not stay at the hotel, called the hotel and talk to Salina front desk whom insured me that the manager will call me asap, waited for 2 hours, never got a call back, Then called customer support to fill a complaint and was given a case number 250514718 and was told that the hotel would reach out to me within the next 3 days. Another words i had an unauthorized charge that i found by accident on my credit card and it can take up to 3 days for the hotel to reach out to me in order for me to get my money back. It may be best to stay away from Marriott hotels, Thanks Marriott real professional.
Slow internet.. but love the many amenities they have to offer.
Our stay was great. Place is clean and comfortable. Will visit again for sure.
The staff working here are polite and helpful. The coffee maker in my room didn't work and the replacement didn't have a basket for filtering coffee. Overall the room was clean but needs some minor updates.
The customer service was excellent. Not to mention I was very Impressed by the size and cleanliness of the rooms. I’d definitely stay again!
