We loved this hotel!!! The rooms were beautiful and very roomy! The front desk staff was very friendly and gave us lots of information about local eating. We were there during a strong storm and they were very thorough in giving shelter information. Thankfully we didn't need to use that info. The hot breakfast the next morning was good. It was scrambled eggs, sausage, cereals, muffins, juices, milk, and more! Saved our family of 4 at least $30 for breakfast! We got a great deal on the room through hotels.com too. Highly recommend this hotel, and we will look for this hotel chain when we travel from now on!
I was taking my daughter to Round 1 for her birthday and this was a decent price so I figured why not get a room so she can swim. I got myself and my girls a King room and my sister and her family a double. They looked really nice. Tv was in an odd place but I think it's so you can see it from the bed or sofa. Front desk was friendly. Limit on pool is 10 people inside and 5 watching. People were pretty good with getting out to let others swim. It is the only hotel I've been to that lets you choose what you want for breakfast and puts it in a grab bag at the front counter. Other places have them premade. Would of been nice to have cold beverages as an option. For some reason after we got back from the mall our room smelled like feet and the hallway. I'm not sure it was from turning the heat up a bit while we left or what.
Great location. Staff was great. The room was spacious and clean. The only negative comment I have to say is the poor selection of breakfast. There selections was almost non existent. Slices of sandwich ham, oatmeal, cornflakes, scrambled eggs,and bread.
We had a great stay! The room was clean, great fitness area and pool, good breakfast, and more. Even with the pandemic everything felt safe. Breakfast was individually wrapped, masks in the public areas, and all staff wearing masks. It was great.
I travel a lot and really enjoy this hotel. The rooms have a lot of space, the rooms only have showers, the deco is nice, and bed is comfortable. The breakfast is always good and now they sell alcohol.
