We were referred to Pioneer by our son who had seen several neighbors that worked with Pioneer and were very pleased. They were very professional and courteous. Chris Robinson was personally involved through the whole project. He offered excellent advice and came in on budget. We had a complete two-layer rip off of the old roof with some needed structure repairs. All done quickly and very well. Their clean up was also excellent. Very happy to refer to anyone.

Professionalism from beginning to end. These guys came out, met the insurance adjuster, walked me through the insurance process, and helped every step along the way. Insurance did not cooperate, and Jason and Zach did everything they could to help me through the process, provided options, and ultimately helped me get the roof completed. We had our roof replaced by Pioneer in December 2020 and are very pleased with their work and contracting process. They helped with communicating to our home insurer and with us every step of the way. But most important they did everything they promised they would and did it on time!

We had hail damage to our roof from three separate storms that produced hail. following the most recent one we called Zach for a roof inspection that showed our roof needed replaced. we looked at other contractors but my comfort level was with Pioneer. They handled themselves like professionals and we were impressed. once our claim was approved they got to work, and within a couple of weeks had our shingles and were ready to go. they arrived early in the day and by noon we had our new roof. ( I have seen other crews doing roofs in my neighborhood working as late as 9 pm), not Pioneer, they came in and got out making it easier on my family and my neighbors as well. i would recommend them anyone in a heartbeat. they cleaned up very well and were fast, efficient and professional. do yourself a favor and call them.

Pioneer did a fantastic job on my roof. They were extremely helpful throughout the entire process, from helping handle the insurance to assisting with color choices. Their install crew did a great job and cleaned up after themselves. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a new roof or in need of repairs.
