This was one of my best hotel experiences. The staff was welcoming and helpful the entire time. When we arrived we were given a card for dinner and drinks FREE, and it was perfect. Hot breakfast included in the morning. The room was spotless. I couldn’t say enough good about this place and will definitely be back!
I drove 4 hours to take my family of 5 to legoland. We wanted to stay at a hotel with a pool and this one seemed nice in the pictures and their pool was open. Since our suite was $160 a night, we expected a very classy place. Needless to say, the only thing that was nice was the pictures. Our room looked like something out of a horror film from the 70s. There were stains on the carpet, walls and ceiling. The furniture was well past worn and there were cobwebs in the corners and on the lamps. This place was GROSS. It was so bad that we had to pack up our three children under age six and GET OUT at midnight. We found a Hilton down the street and finally got our kids to bed at 1am. DO NOT STAY HERE! There are more affordable options that are way nicer within 5 minutes of this horror show.
Had a two night stay. Everything was very clean and welcoming feeling. The extras is what helped us choose this hotel. Breakfast and dinner on top of amenities of a pool and hot tub, factor in the price and AAA discount, this was by far the best value giving the most for our money.nCarlos was awesome and friendly, the other staff was great also.nSo much close by to do and nice variety of places to eat, many within a short walking distance.
Well worth it. Great (free!!) food for breakfast and dinner. The indoor/outdoor pool is amazing and something kids will always remember
I would give it a 5 if the bed was more comfortable. Almost no hotel beds are, though. Great stay!
