Very rude staff. When they knocked at my door and I asked who it was they got a nasty attitude with me. Tried to kick me out with a newborn! We paid to stay here and there was a mess up with my fiancé’s boss making these reservations for us because we needed the whole last day. Not be shoved out at 11. Wouldn’t let us pay online or over the phone. Made my boss leave work to pay for the rest of the day so they wouldn’t kick us out until my fiancé got off work.
Great, clean and wonderful Associates that take care of you 24/7. I'd stay here any time. We were here 2 weeks and it's been perfect every day. We stayed in the 1 king bedroom with a pull out queen in the living room. Full kitchenette as well. Will stay in extended stays all the way back home to Oregon.
Great. I am able to cook. It has a full size refrigerator. Dishwasher and cabinets for your dishware. Separate sink and vanity area.
Nasty dirty rooms. I don't think they cleaned my room at all. I found trash under the bed and sofa, there was dust on the tv and dresser the TV was on like it has not been cleaned in awhile. There was a dirty pair of jeans shoved down in the chair. The price was excessive or a nasty room and no breakfast is provided like they claim. Will never stay at this location again.
Customer service could definitely use some help/improvement. Place is very nicely set up.
