Unfortunately my Husband & I were ripped off by another local construction company almost 3 yrs ago after contracting them for a 175k Glass conservatory addition & Metal Roof on the rest of the ranch.nnAfter saving the better part of a decade, It took 2 years to finally recoup our money back from the thieves , but even then it was only about 60% of what was paid out. Unfortunately We are still in the process of recouping our entire deposit back through the courts.nnNeedless to say this nightmare experience not only left a horrible taste in our mouth about contractors in general, but delayed our project by 2 years +.....To say It was a living nightmare would be an understatement. There are no words to properly describe the immense pain & suffering this situation brought upon my husband & I in our older years.nnFast forward to 4 months back & we had finally decided it was time to start looking again for another GC , but this go around we REFUSED to be taken advantage of & did our due diligence properly Through an extreme vetting process which took us about 3 months to complete.nnIn this process we were methodically meticulous in the verification of every Minute detail for each contractor. From licensing credentials, time in business, reputation at supply houses, BBB reputation to personal criminal background checks, general reputations around town & online reputations, we left NO STONE UNTURNED.nnAfter narrowing our list down to 3 licensed & insured contractors, we finally decided on settling with Elite for 2 very bold reasons.nn1. Without asking, Elite offered to bring us to 2 homes to see their craftsmanship first hand & meet homeowners face to face who had conservatories built by them recently & we were blown away the beauty & elegance of the work & even more impressed with how happy these people were with their room & their experience with Elite while building it.nn2. After all our months of digging looking for anything at all we could find that may be a red flag, We couldn't find a single person or entity that had a bad word to say about this company or their experience in dealing with them.nnNot the city, supply house, BBB, or anything online at all was anything but positive & that was more than impressive to say the least these. Even good companies can have some negative reviews , but Elite was absolutely flawless across the board.nnBesides those 2 bold reasons, there was also something very special to us that resignated on a personal level for my husband and I & we will be forever grateful for the way they treated us. This was how Elite was the ONLY one we met, who took a personal approach to our situation & specifically catered to our sensitivity in knowing how deeply injured we were from our previous experience. We felt at peace & trusted Matt & Eric because of the way they went above & beyond their call of duty making it their personal responsibility to make up for our horrible experience any way they could & they did exactly that!nnI would highly recommend Elite for glass conservatory construction & metal roofing & because of their sincere compassion to us in a bad time, I felt so genuinely compelled to write this review carefully detailing our entire experience for others to see.
