From the first day of interaction, Schottenstein Roofing, Craig modeled professionalism, honesty, integrity, diligence, and knowledge of services being rendered, to list a few. He treated every step with utmost quality as if he was servicing his own home. Prior, during and after, each process went very smooth and in a timely manner. The crew worked together and definitely went above and beyond during every process. I am not a person to take my time to review products and services, unless I believe in the product and service provided. So I gladly write this and also will say it is not easy to win my approval or that of my father, who has understanding of the process and procedures. We stand in agreement and highly recommend their services.

Craig and his team was very professional. Craig worked with us through the whole process making sure we got the correct amount from our insurance to complete the task. The roof repair looks amazing. They say one day for the job to be done but they got there at 7:30am and was done by 3pm didn’t take up my whole day. Looking for someone to make sure your roof is done correctly for a great price Craig is your guy.. Thank you so much Schottenstein Roofing

From start to finsh, Schottenstein Roofing was great to work with. Craig was super thorough while inspecting our roof and very clear and honest about the work that needed done. He did not use any high pressure sales and the quote he gave us was very reasonable and affordable. The installation for both the roof and gutters was very quick and the crew did an amazing job. We are very happy with the results!

We were very happy with our experience from start to finish. Craig was very thorough in showing us and explaining the damage our roof had. He walked us through the process and materials that would be used when the new roof would be put on. The crew was very courteous and everything was cleaned up very nicely. Craig pointed out one piece of siding that was damaged when the old roof was taken off (there was some wind that day) and took care of having that piece replaced. Also, there was a challenge with the cupola on the garage to make sure it didn't leak. Our house is grey and the flashing was black, so it really stood out. Craig had the crew paint it with shingle matched paint it looks great. We highly recommend Schottenstein Roofing!

I had a great experience working with Craig and his team. They were able to get things taken care of quickly, and it looks great! The price was much more reasonable for the quality of product than what I expected. No more leaks from the roof or gutters!
