Nicholas @ Franklin Renovation helped us out of a bind that another contractor had put us in. He came in with his crew and repaired all the defective work and put our roof back together in a professional manner. Did such a great job that you can't see where the patches were made. We used Franklin Renovation to put a new roof on my dad's house. They did a great job and went above and beyond by helping us work with the insurance company to get a full roof replacement on a roof that was damaged 3+ years prior in the hurricane. We were so pleased with the work they did on the roof and skylights that we brought them back out to do new siding, flashing, and gutters. Nick was a pleasure to deal with and very knowledgeable about all things relating to housing exteriors.
Franklin Renovation replaced our roof a few weeks ago, and we are very happy with the results. Nick came over the initial consultation, and spent over an hour going over the parts of a roof, how it gets replaced, Franklin Renovations process, and what differentiates them as a company. I really appreciated him providing such a detailed explanation. Once we signed a contract, I received a call in the next few days to schedule our roof replacement. Surprisingly, they were able to start as soon as the following day! The crew was able to replace our roof in a single day, and did a great job cleaning up after. The final result looks great!
This is an excellent roofing company. They did an outstanding job. No short-cuts were taken. Everything they promised to do, they did. Their cleanup was meticulous. The roof looks great. I would highly recommend Franklin Renovation to anyone looking for a roof replacement or repair.
