We stayed last night to take advantage of our one night away for spring break. The hotel was fine. Things were clean but I knew there would be a problem when my family of 5 that had paid for 2 room at nearly $500 had trouble falling asleep because of people partying above us. I told my kids and husband if it continues to let me know and I will take care of it as they are not ones to complain EVER. I’m not either but when you mess with my sleep that is a different story. There was a security guard though that we had seen many times so I assumed it would be shut down. We heard slamming doors and loud music. It was very clearly a party. I told them give it until 11 and if it continues we will have someone shut it down. I sleep with headphones so it didn’t faze me and I fell asleep. Wake up the next morning to a very groggy family. They said the party lasted until nearly 4 am. Wow! So if you want a nice quiet family getaway this is not the place.

I just delivered pizza here a few times--never stayed.nnHowever, I feel obligated to mention that the smell of chlorine from the pool, to my senses, was overpowering, as was the associated humidity. This didn't overly concern me the first time I delivered food there, as I had delivered it to the customer directly as they relaxed in the pool area; pool smells are very much to be expected in a pool area, or so I'm told. What did concern me was detecting the same smells and thickly atmosphere when, some days later, I delivered to another customer on the fourth floor.nnI've been making an effort to limit my smoking habit, but being poor is stressful. How is this relevant? Like, at all? Well as you may already know, smoking dramatically blunts the olfactory sense; I can't smell particularly well. Which I reckon renders the fact I rather readily detected pool smells four floors above their point of origin perhaps more alarming than it might otherwise be. Maybe it's owed to a quirk of the HVAC system; maybe it's wizards. I don't claim to know.nnFive stars because it's clearly a well-appointed, well-maintained facility, and I haven't stayed there. Consequently, it doesn't seem ethical to potentially diminish it's digital corporate reputation by submitting a rating of anything less than five stars, even if I did find myself briefly swept up by the impulse to forewarn--in the most needlessly loquacious manner I could, at this moment, manage--prospective patrons of this establishment of the possibility of peculiarly pervasive pool smells.

Complimentary coffee all day!!! Everything about the establishment screamed clean including the spacious lounge area (that was amazing). I appreciate that. The room was very nice and spacious (we had the suite) however the desk only comes with one chair, not a big deal but just incase anyone is wondering. I was a little upset about the hot tub not being in service, but I wasn't there to relax too much. Everything was great, oh did I mention complimentary coffee!?!?

Room was nice, but if you are not offering a hot breakfast, please remove it from your site. I booked this hotel expecting to be able to eat actual food in the morning. Wet bagels and juices are no replacement.

Two night stay, after the first night the heater broke and they made no fuss over switching our room. Appreciated the hot coffee out all day. I understand there can't be a breakfast bc of the pandemic, but the shouldn't advertise it if all that's available is a bagel and fruit.
