whatever the worst word in the world is, that word describes my experience. How dare you charge over $70 dollars and I don't have access to heat. Update your heating system, everyone knows the room. doesn't heat up until the next morning

Red roof on ulmerton said all phones was down no way to make a emergency call unless you have cell phone. Is fire system working? Isnt thathooked up to phone lines?

My wife and I and kids stayed at red roof in pigeon forge Tennessee. The room was nice however we was accused of not returning the towels that was in the room. They charged us $50 because they stated they couldn't find the towels. We done what was instructed by the front desk we left the towels outside the door. On top of that we had to complain to the front desk because the air did not work correctly and it was extremely hot in the room. Two of the lamps in the room did not work only one worked, we checked in with two adult and two kids and was only given three towels three washcloths and 3 hand towels. My kids had to use their beach towels to dry off on. We ended up checking out early due to what was happening, we more than likely will never stay at red roof again due to being accused of taking towels.

I'm staying at the Hometown Studios Red Roof in Waukegan Illinois and the service is absolutely terrible. Key to door keeps malfunctioning and the front desk said after your 4th time coming to get a key that you have to pay $25 to be let in your room. All of my personal possessions were locked inside and was told if I didn't have the 25 dollars that I had to make other arrangements for shelter. Mind you that the room is paid up in advance. Called police and was told there was nothing they can do about it. Locked out all night and couldn't even retrieve my cellphone or purse. If there is a Lawyer that's reading this your services are greatly needed. I have two disabled kids and a 12 year old as well. Terrible service and very rude people.
