Excellent experience. Great looking property, friendly staff, clean, spacious. Would definitely return. Also, great location downtown.
After arriving, during check-in the guest service person could not get our room keys programmed. After waiting about 20 minutes they finally got us keys. After arriving to my room and doing a walk through as I always do. I found a bag of spoiled food in the microwave and food crumbs all over the counter tops. The refrigerator also had condiments left over from a previous guest. The bathroom could have been cleaner. After bringing these issues to the manager, all she said was sorry. She didn't attempt to have the room cleaned or anything. Unacceptable!!nI will not return, and will be advising others to be aware.
A very nice hotel that appeared to be part of a restoration project, repurposing a historic building in the middle downtown Columbus.
Clean. Very nice. Abiding by the social distancing provisions. Very appreciated.
Ac didn't work, 12th floor had a constant banging all night. Outdated rooms, over priced.
