Canopy by Hilton Columbus Downtown Short North

i don’t even know where to start... the ice was absolutely amazing, it was SUPER clean. the staff is very friendly and the rooms are very well designed. the water pressure in the showers was so nice. overall the place is very well set up and i will definitely be coming back!! thank you for my lovely stay!

Absolutely loved it! The room was amazing and the staff were super friendly. Clean, quiet, and top notch amenities. I quite enjoyed my stay and hope to do so again soon. (Also, not sure where all the complaints about the temperature came from, I dropped my thermostat the 68* and has no issues at all)

The water pressure was AMAZING. The ice from the ice machine was way better than Chick-fil-A. Design of the room is Beautiful 10/10. It smells clean everywhere you walk and the service is phenomenal. I will definitely be coming back!! Thank you

Beautiful hotel, easy check in and out with great staff. The roof top restaurant and bar is top notch. Our bartender Jake, took excellent care of our group. My only complaint is that breakfast service ended too early Sunday morning.

Nice hotel. Bad customer service. The cleaning lady was mean, not helpful. Management is more concerned with looking perfect rather than actually being and delivering good service to their customers. I would not stay again.
