Hilton Columbus Downtown

Excellent accommodations! Tremendous staff from the front desk to service staff. The Hilton is taking all precautions for the pandemic. I felt very comfortable and safe. I highly recommend the Downtown Hilton Columbus.

Usually love this place, but was disappointed by the food from the hotel itself. Unfortunately the quality and preparation of food has gone down quite a bit, not sure if I'll be back ☹ufe0f ordered medium rare steak. Second picture is the second plate send out with breakfast potatoes (I asked for marble potatoes the had on menu). I expected more from Saturday night dinner at the Hilton

Beautiful hotel!

I had a wonderful stay here. Upon arriving I was greeted in a friendly manner. I made a snafu when I did my online reservation and Katie quickly fixed it for me in the system and got me on my way. My room was clean and spacious. I haven't slept so good in ages! My bedding was comfortable and thoroughly cleaned. I visited the bar in the evening and the bartender was funny, inviting, and timely. Breakfast the next morning was delicious (although I felt bad for the gentleman running this shift because he had no help until the shift was almost over). Check out was quick and easy.

This place is a 3 star location charging a 5 star price. The service and accommodations are on the low end in my experience. They don’t offer valet but they do charge high parking fees and getting from the parking deck to the hotel is difficult. The room is ok but not as nice as other Hilton locations even though they charge more. I wouldn’t go back.
