Had a wonderful time at The Joseph 2/12/21-2/15/21. The hotel was super accommodating and fulfilled our every need. Even when my husband(who never drinks) needed a wheelchair to get inside. ud83eudd26ud83cudffe♀ufe0f We made memories here for Valentine’s we will never forget. Beautiful hotel! Blair the bellhop is absolutely amazing nicest, most helpful man, literally can’t say enough good things about Blair.
We loved having a girls weekend in the hotel. However the best part was how awesome Blair was in the front desk area. Not only did Blair remember many of our names, Blair was outgoing and personable. When I was waiting to check in Blair talked to every guest asking them where they were coming from, how long their stay was, etc. In the evening Blair escorted us to our restaurant across the street and Blair went above and beyond. I hope Blair gets recognition in one way or the other. Great job on hiring Blair!!!!
I was in town to visit family so I got a room here, the hotel was awesome, and I got a great room on a high floor with a view of the highway. The bikes seemed awesome but I didn’t have time to ride. I ended up picking up food from a few walkable places around the hotel. I didn’t have or need a car while I was here pretty awesome.
Beautiful hotel and great staff. Loved the room and Bee at the bar in the lobby was so welcoming and accomodating I wanted to give her a special shout out, thanks!
This is not the hotel for you if you are following basic Covid-19 safety protocols. Throughout the afternoon/early evening hours, the small lobby was packed with groups of unmasked people. Many were just hanging out talking nowhere near the bar. One couple sat right next to the check-in desk. One member of the couple was unmasked. You have to run the gauntlet through everyone to get to the elevator, which is the only way to the guest rooms.
