Clean, classic, one of the best in town. Friendly staffs as well. Give it four star because I didn't get to experience the bar and restaurant services. Closed because of the covid. If I had and it had been good, the rating would have been 5. They are also generous. Had a refund when they delayed a service request, something we weren't expecting. Love the designs also

Great experience, and it all started with the service. Gilad at the front desk makes the experience. He was very welcoming, told us about all the history we would see around the hotel, and his overall energy created a memorable experience. Every time we were in the lobby he greeted us and made sure we felt valued as customers. Hotel is clean, modern, and they did a great job of giving a dorm feel in our room. I would highly recommend

Very nice costumer service was very helpful the room and view was amazing the only downside of it I don't get they forget to say to park in there parking lot it's a extra $30 per vehicle per night and if you wanted to go somewhere they would have to move 10 or so car's before they get to yours other than that the stay was amazing.

OSU and other ohio-based themes rooms, kinda cute. Bathroom was nice. Would like to have known about the $30 valet parking charge; seems a bit high and was NOT told before-hand. I tipped those guys well on top of that. $5 per bottle of water in the rooms? apparently there is a $15 room credit for food. Was not told about that.nnYou could probably save yourself a lot of guesswork by telling people up front. One last thing? odd tiny brown stains on the sheets. Not sure where they came from but didn't see them until the morning light.

Very nice place to stay, affordable, and in a super location. They were very easy to work with and were accomodating when there was a problem with our reservation. Clean rooms and comfortable beds. Dog-friendly too! Would strongly recommend.
