Comfort Suites

I'm having some repairs done to my home. I work in the area so decided to stay there. My room is clean which is why I gave two stars. The tv doesn't work and they simply changed the battery for the remote, and the TV still won't come on. The so called hot breakfast? A bottle of water, a apple, a muffin and a microwave sausage biscuit sandwich. No options they just hand you the bag and send you on your way. Finally someone across the hall has a dog that yelped half the night. No Comfort here.

My overall stay was nice. The room served its purpose, however I took two stars away because the morning I was supposed to check out I received at least two staff members knocking on my door and one of them using their key to open the door while I was in the room. Fortunately, I always make sure the latch is on the door for that reason. Checkout time is 11:00 AM and it wasn't even 9:00 yet. It felt like I was being rushed to check out, which I did not appreciate. Other than that and the fact that there was no bottled water for purchase, I was satisfied with the cleanliness of the room and I slept well. I probably would not stay here again though.

Great customer service that allowed me to check in earlier and check out later than usual without giving me a headache or charging me extra! Unfortunately, due to COVID, their breakfast is very limited to only prepackaged meals which consisted of ham cheese sandwich, 2 muffins, and a bottle of water. No waffles, fruits, or cereal as advertised on Booking.

This GETS a 0. BED BUG ALERT! Where do I start?? The staff was rude and didn't want to give us our money back after showing her the bed bug inside tathroom. It was huge!! The bedding had not been washed, the carpet was sticky, no side door access.

Overpriced, broken toilet seat, side exit door didn't lock, looked broken, pool was drained, 24 hr fitness and laundry room locked with no access, website is still advertising these amenities. Not worth $77 a night, the price should have been marked down. Were evident dirt spots on the carpet and in toilet, it didn't feel like it was in to the Covid cleanliness Standard. I will not return, I may never use Comfort Inn generally for any future travel.
