Trek Bicycle Gahanna

I have an older Trek-Tag-Along bike and I had lost one of the two bolts that secures it to my bike. I emailed the store with photos and Wes told me that Trek doesn’t make my bike any longer, so he couldn’t order me one, but if I stopped by with my remaining bolt he would try to match it. I did that today and within a couple of minutes Wes found a matching bolt. When I asked him how much I owed him, he said “no charge.” WOW, WHAT INCREDIBLE SERVICE ALL AROUND! Finally, both Wes and the other individual working there were incredibly friendly and upbeat! Thanks so much and spread the word that this bike shop is the best!!!

I have been bringing my bike (not a Trek) to this store for about a year and have been very pleased with the service. I used to take my bike to a more local shop, but this is a touch closer and prices are similar. I have had a handful of simple services preformed and the team there has been great about getting my bike back to me quickly so that I do not miss a ride. The manager is kind and has even remembered my name, which helps make it feel like a local shop, and not just a chain. I really appreciate their attention to detail and would recommend others take their bikes to them. I will be going here from now on most likely.

Just purchased a brand new bike from here! ABSOLUTELY love it!!!!! I will be returning for another bike for sure! Not to mention the customer service was amazing! Such nice people working there.

I took MTV daughter's bike in for a tire repair. They fixed it in half an hour, and they put a screw in the bike chain guard to secure it. They were friendly and helpful. I'll definitely be going back for my bike needs.

Staff is wonderful. They take care of your needs very well. Only problem I have is bikes are over priced.
