I wanted to say something to the many people around me wearing their mask below their nose... only to look over and see a pharmacist doing the exact same thing. Sorry if I expect more from medically trained professionals. I was incredibly disappointed. This was Monday afternoon around 1pm.

Incredibly slow pharmacy.

This is the slowest pharmacy I've ever encountered. It took 3 days to get my medication. I then waited another 3 days for the remainder of one of my prescriptions. By the time I received the notification, it was too late for me to pick it up. I see my doctor every 28 days and the prescriptions are called in that day. I will not continue to use this Pharmacy because I don't think they are capable of working with my doctor's schedule

I have had several slow experiences with the pharmacy and tried to be understanding but after the last week I am down right frustrated and will Be changing Pharmacies which is a pain but finally necessary ASAP. I had a baby last month, so I went ahead and paid for My prescriptions and had a friend go pick them up! When my friend went to pick them up , the pharmacy tech argued for several minutes with my friend that mynprescriptions were not paid for even though my friend had the bar code and receipt they clearly said they were paid for! We had to make another trip to get them the next day. My prescription for anemia after having a baby was called in 6 days ago, i went by this morning after the app still did not say it was ready ( it is hard to just make time to go by and wait in their drive thru like for 30 minutes), and they said they are “running a week” behind and they would get it filled for me to pick up this afternoon. My husband went to pick up my prescription at 6 pm and it is still not ready! They said give it a half hour. I have a new baby, and am back to work, and this is the third time I have to make a trip to get my prescription 6 days after it was called in by my dr. They act like they are doing YOU a favor rather then their job every month that I pick up medicine there! After being loyal to their pharmacy for years, and trying to be understanding at times, I have 0 time at this point in my life for their incompetent “week behind” on medicine called in.

This pharmacy is so slow, it is ridiculous. I waited over 25 minutes to just to get served. It appears they need more staff with an inside line and outside line and so many people waiting.
