CVS

I had oral surgery and the wound from it went down to the bone. This wound got infected, and my dentist called in an antibiotic at 2:30. Infections like that can go very wrong, very quick and need immediate treatment. I called their automated phone line to see when the prescription would be ready, and it said 6, which is already a VERY long wait time. So I show up at 6, and turns out, the pharmacy closes at 6. You'd think maybe the automated phone line wouldn't tell people to pick up their medication at times when it isn't open. Luckily the cashier at the front directed me to a 24-hour location that could fill it, but I still had to wait an extra 2 hours. Not cool, CVS.

I had back surgery and when my husband went together my meds they told him they had to be called in then said they would be ready at 1:30. They then called me and told me they were out of my meds and wont have them until tuesday. I called back and spoke to the pharmacist who told me they had enough to fill my prescription and itll be ready at 1. My husband picked it up and it was short 6. So now he had to go back for the third time today and they refilled it. It's still short 1. Absolutely ridiculous and they are rude. I'll be going somewhere else for now on

I usually don’t write a review of any products or services. I like local stores, and I have been a CVS customer for over 15 years now. If it’s possible, avoid this CVS. The security guy use the F Word to one of the customer and I was shocked. The 2nd shift store managers used F world to one of of customer over the telephone and she hung up the phone to the customer; employees in this store are unprofessional. The CVS should do something about their employees behaviors.

Pharmacy staff is rude

Ok I gotta say, Eva is wonderful. She was truly the only reason why I still go to that CVS because it's out of my way. Not to mention that she actually cares about everyone that comes in. While I was there today, she was on the register ALONE while a line started to form. No one helped her. But she was still pleasant. Than I needed help because someone else charged me twice. She was supposed to be clocked out at 4:00. Instead she stayed and made sure my issue got resolved. I also noticed that she treated every SINGLE person who walked in the door with dignity and respect. Those are the kind of places I choose to shop. Everyone is equal. And Eva deserves some recognition, not just for her customer service regardless of who walks through the door, but also because you can tell she genuinely cares about her job. Just saying. And for the record I don't know her at all before today. She genuinely made my experience good today
