CVS

Was just helped by Christine in the pharmacy drive thru. She was extremely helpful and took the extra time to check into my insurance to find that I actually didn’t need to pay for the prescription I was picking up, then helped me get a refund on one I had picked up earlier that week and paid too much for. Overall, my interactions with their pharmacy staff are always positive. Very happy this is my neighborhood location offering such great service!

I had a covid test scheduled for 3:20pm. I arrived at 3:10pm. The line had 7 cars. The first car took 20 minutes. The next car took 15 minutes. So on and so forth The car in front of me took 10 minutes just to get their test bag sent out to them in the drawer and then 2 minutes to do their swab. I pull up and I’m told the nurse left. I had an appointment and waited in line until 430 just to be told the car in front of me was the last for the day. They should have communicated that to the 7+cars in line behind me!!! I was then told I’d have to reschedule online and can’t be guaranteed an appointment. UNACCEPTABLE service. CVS minute clinic MUST do better.

This is the absolute worst CVS pharmacy I have ever had to deal with. If I could give them zero stars I would. The pharmacist is beyond rude and has the worst attitude I have ever dealt with. I work in health care and deal with pharmacists all the time and have never experienced such bad behavior and lack of respect. Please choose a different pharmacy so you don't have to deal with the disrespect and utter rudeness of the pharmacist here.
