I went into the store on March 9, 2021, as their online ad said they had used bikes for sale. As soon as I mentioned that I was looking for a used bike, I got a quick sarcastic comment in response and thereafter radio silence from both individuals working there. IF THAT IS HOW A PROSPECTIVE CUSTOMER IS TREATED, I ADVISE FUTURE CUSTOMERS (OF EITHER USED OR NEW BIKES) TO STAY AWAY!

Came in to get a new bike. Approached one of the workers and in less than a minute was treated condescendingly when I asked a simple question about some hybrids. They appeared busy with repairs so I don't judge for that, but the tone used wasn't necessary. I know many have had a positive experience here and maybe it was just that one worker, but I will not be going back personally. Seems like a cute place, though.
