Paradise Garage

After taking my bike to another mechanic and telling them the brakes were a little loose feeling I was told that that's just the way this type of brake feels. Not satisfied with that I attempted to fix them myself with... the opposite of success. Called up Paradise and they said they could take a look. Took them about 30 min on a busy Saturday and the not only do the brakes feel literally perfect but they brought to my attention a saddle position issue that they said could have led to the rails under the saddle failing. It turns out I'm very bad at adjusting things... They adjusted my saddle for me as well as fixing the breaks. Will definitely be returning to this shop for all future work.

Found my bike there, purchased online and easy curbside pickup. I am one happy, two-wheeling middle aged insurance claim waiting to happen. No annoying upsell either, just bike.

Find me curbside on the southwest side of somewhere else I guess. Can't enter the building through the front door. No other obvious way inside...

Staff could not have been more helpful!! I came in with a slow leaking flat tire and wanted to get some hands on learning so I'd gain some good bike knowledge. They were super patient with me and willing to walk me through the entire process. Also everything was super cheap! I don't live here but if I did I would definitely use Paradise Garage as my go to bike shop

Fantastic bike shop. Employees are friendly and have helped me find what I want in person or over the phone without being pushy. I really appreciate them supporting the osu race team.
