Hampton Inn Lancaster

So far, so good. We have to live here for less than a month for our apartment renovations. Chelsea at the front desk has been more than accommodating

The hotel in Lancaster Ohio seemed really unclean and quite nasty. I booked 2 rooms and happened to be on the second floor. It honestly smell disgusting and unclean. The bed sheets & towels had hair on them. I apologized to my co-worker for booking rooms at this location. Prior to the pandemic this hotel always seemed clean and smelled good. I'm quite surprised at the quality this hotel has fallen from.

Love it stay here a few ti.es a year while visiting kids.

Clean room, friendly and helpful staff, convenient location for my visit. I would stay here again.

The room itself and the covid precautions were great. However, the lady at the desk when I arrived was extremely rude, and suggested we come back after her shift so we could check in with the next person on shift. I had no electricity and my cousin was paying for my room for the night, and the lady was very judgmental about it. That one lady was unprofessional to the fullest, but the next shift was amazing.
