My daughter and I had a great stay here. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and well stocked with cookware, linens and lots of space for storing our stuff. The bed was very comfortable. Highly recommend!

I have a client in this area, and figured I should stay here because of how close it was - Oh how I WISH I went somewhere else, or at least made an attempt to drive back home... I was SHOCKED that the front desk didn't ask for an ID at check in! She was so adamant about getting a card to swipe, even though I stayed on points. Not only was that annoying, but a bit worrisome. One would think because of security reasons, she'd at least ask for an ID to match my card. But no.. I mean, what if I wasn't who I said I was??????????? I got to my room, and I can already hear the stomping above me, which I understand isn't the hotel's fault, so I tried to deal with it. But then the TV wasn't working, come to find out the wires were pulled from behind (I couldn't get over how weird that was), the remote was all kinds of messed up that I literally had to push with every strength on each button, or try to move it around and see if it was some signal thing with the TV. I don't know. I was over it, and decided to go to sleep because I had work at 6AM.. Yeah right, the stomping was so unbearable, I tried to call the front desk, but it just so happened that the phone was acting weird and broken too. By this point I'm beyond annoyed. I went downstairs and asked to be moved.. This next room seemed smaller than what I originally booked.. I don't know when it was "cleaned", but I'm gonna assume housekeeping rushed through it. There were drawers still open, and the bathroom towels looked as if they were just thrown on the rack. I thought it was funny how they tried to prop the bathroom door open with a trash bin. My last complaint was how the curtains were broken at the stick part, that allows you to open or close them. Luckily, I was able to still shift it over and close it completely. The only silver lining of this whole stay was the view of the sunset. I hate to be "that" guest, but I don't understand how this hotel has such a high rating. I wasted points on a hotel who doesn't care about security! And by the looks of it, they don't care much for their rooms either.

We were traveling in Utah and received a call from our Son saying that there was an emergency with one of our dogs. Long story short, we had to make the horrible decision to put our little Yorkie to sleep while 700 miles from home. We needed wifi so we could video chat as a family while saying goodbye to our beloved fur baby. We stopped in this location without having booked a room and asked if we could use their wifi and a private room for a little while. They happily complied. We have never had occasion to stay at this location but the service they provided was priceless and we will forever be grateful.

Easy access off Interstate with gas station ⛽ next door. Rooms nice and clean with kitchen, working air conditioner, baggie breakfast available. Staff wearing masks..Negative: noisy neighbors (wall thin?) & traffic.

Soft pillows and sheets and friendly helpful staff! We are staying here while I recover from hip surgery and couldn't be happier. Today one of the staff members brought up Culvers ice cream, and a nice little note to assist in my recovery
