La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham North Orem

Wow I was intensely impressed with this location of La Quinta. From the time I parked with ease and walked in it was totally professional. I talked to the gentleman at the front desk for a bit and he was highly complimentary of the hotel. And by the time I left so was I. The room was clean and tidy. It wasn't noisy and was just what I needed which was rest. I highly recommend this location in Orem right off of the I-15!

The owner and his son are both friendly and helpful. I requested a room with a lake view and they were able to give me one. The room was very clean and comfortable. This hotel is now my favorite in the area and I'll stay here when I return.

It's very pleasant to come into a hotel and staff actually smile and are very welcoming. The first night we stayed here the night clerk was very helpful, he gave us a family suite, he gave us a discounted price cuss we were checking in supper late in the night (2 a.m ). The room was very well presented, very clean, smelled good, beds were comfortable, very quiet over all. After the first night here we decided to stay somewhere else not knowing they had weekly rates. We came back that same day we checked out in the evening to ask about their weekly rates. We spoke to the manager not mentioning anything about our horrible experience with a different hotel. He was very clear about all of their fees including pet fees and gave us a weekly rate that we were satisfied with. We checked in the next day to stay for the whole week. The manager and staff were very attentive with our daily room needs, maids came by to pick up dirty towels and give us new ones, asked me if I wanted them to come in and clean, I didn't accept right away cuss I'm not used to having someone clean behind my children, pet, and ourselves. I did request a general sweep, vacuum, garbage pick up, and towels. The manager gave me all the coffee I wanted/needed which was awesome cuss I'm a coffee drinker. I was able to cook for my family lowering our weekly expenses a little bit. The outside of the hotel was very clean as well.

The manager Bob there is great. Making his hotel atmosphere family friendly and clean during these pandemic times around the world. His front desk staff are always welcoming with there beautiful smiles. Definitely deserves that first 5 star rating for there over the top performance and customer service skills during my family's stay. He went out of his way to communicate with my family in learning some ASL words taught by my kiddo to him in order to make our stay a perfect one :)

Very good place to stay. Clean rooms nice view to the lake across the freeway. Very good service. Good place to eat across the street.
