DICK'S Sporting Goods

Went seeking Timberland Mt. Madden boots. Solid help from an employee (failed to get his name...) to see if they had 10.5W in stock. Settled on 11W which seemed spot on. Bought 'em and headed out the door. Pretty straight forward experience.nHowever I do think I was shorted extra laces that come attached to the boots. Someone else must have needed them more. Something to watch out for in the future.

I want to say this in all sincerity devoid of shallowness I would like to give an employee of your store a tremendous compliment. I was told her name is Kendra? She was incredibly helpful and respectful in such a way I felt a need to inform someone in hopes that she's not only aware but her managers are too. By far a model employee and an absolutely delightful person, thank you I enjoyed my recent experience.

The store was very well organized and the sales associates were very friendly and helpful. Everyone wore masks and it was an enjoyable experience. I didn't buy anything, but I now know what they have in the store.

The flood was so deep and the rushing water made it even better to use the canoe inside.

Great selection of Sporting Goods. Great service. Not alot of people are shopping at Christmas this year. Kind of sad.
