The team from At Your Service installed my new roof in August of 2019, and they did an excellent job. I would use them again based on that experience alone. With the snow we had several weeks ago, I discovered a leak in my garage as the snow melted. I contacted Chris Zimmerman, and he quickly had a team onsite to investigate the cause and implement repairs. I'm impressed with the response to resolve things. Chris and the At Your Service Roofing and Remodeling crew were amazing to work with. After some storm damage we contacted AYS and we realized that they were so much more than a Roofing Company. They did siding and eventually became our general contractor that worked with our insurance company and the inspectors to get our home fixed. We got our roof, siding, and shutters replaced with them. They were timely, efficient and helpful walking us through the process. As they dealt with the insurance company they kept us up to date on what was happening and walked us through what we needed to do on our side. Not only did we get our house restored to how it was, but thanks to their knowledge of Ohio laws and regulations we were able to get the correct and required amount of insulation for the roof with no additional cost to us.nWe were given goals as far as roof timeline, siding and shutters, and they did a great job keeping us in the loop if anything changed.
