The speed bumps broke a shelf in my delivery truck. Ooops. But seriously. Nice neighborhood. The residents are generally friendly and I enjoy getting to deliver here

My mom lives there and has a really nice place but they should have rules on the up keep on other homes there and their yards. It could be a nice place if they made people keep their yards up to keep and houses

It would have been nice if they could plow for there community. Had to experience an impatient neighbor while assisting a carpet installer

This place is disgusting. My grandmother lives there and has had issues with the Sewer for months. She's tried to get it fixed and they won't so she literally had to live with someone else. When I was there the whole street smelt of feces and the grass was soggy. If you're unaware being exposed to sewer water can result in a number of illnesses, so I'll be talking to the health department. Other than that the trailer park is still charging it's residents for services like the Pool, but it has not been in use for years now. The whole place is a dump and I wouldn't recommend staying there.
