wow new owners are doing good job, they are trying to turn this place around , i have seen lot of new upgrade to the hotel. looking good keep up the good work. i will definitely visit again

Air conditioner didn't work & owner refused to let me use a fan & made me put it back & the rooms r roach infested. Housekeeping & maintenance were awesome ppl & very helpful...thanks Dave & Kathy

Stayed there for 3 nights. The AC unit was leaking profusely, so the carpet in the room was soaked and the smell was absolutely horrid. The housekeeping staff was the only thing up to par at this place.

One of the worst place to stay ar between the bed bugs and roaches .not including so many overdoses and deaths there i am surprized i stayed as long as i did ! Between the old owner to the new owner both of them very rude and diminutive of who you are the race you are ! Place is vert run down it should ve bull dozed out and made into a. Car lot ! Would not recomend this place to no one !

Bugs, run down. This place should be closed. For same price look at reputable hotels in sharonville to Springdale. Only 4-6miles and acceptable through upscale.
