Very unprofessional and rude owner good luck trying to get approved to move in here
This place many years ago was a nice place to be. Eddie has gotten up in age and hates his life and try’s to ruin everybody else’s. He has let the place run down. He drives around collecting license plate numbers and ask the police who they are. I would avoid this place and only move there if all the benches in the park or city are taken.
Lot rent is cheap, area is quiet. That's the only 2 good things about this place and The park manager is rude. He constantly harasses the tenants here.
I live here and the owner is disrespectful and has taken pictures of the kids outside (including me). He doesn't do anything to treat the roads and when he plows in the winter he makes it worse. Only good for cheap living
The owner stops you all the time asks what your doing we’re your going takes pictures of your license plates always wants to know who’s visiting you how long there staying it really isn’t a place to call home it’s more of a jail feel like your watched 24/7
