They are under new ownership and making strides to improve the property

They had my car ILLEGALLY towed from the lot I was buying my home from. It was registered in the state of Florida, and it's costing me tons of money now. They are LIARS. I was told over the phone by Sarah Ruiz, the community manager, that they would help me get it out of impound because it was their mistake. She lied, of course. WORST excuse for a property management I've ever encountered. Stay away from this dump. I'm glad I took my money elsewhere.

DON'T MOVE HERE : I lived here from 1996-2015, It's hell on earth for the good people of the neighborhood which are running low because the management doesn't do background checks. For the past few years people have been over charged for no reason. If people are being over charged then you think it's a nice place. No, there's pot holes that will destroy your cars, They don't salt the roads up there and wait until the last minute (if they even do now, back in the 90's and early 2000's they did) to salt the steep hill it's located on or not salt it at all unless enough people complain about it or, they don't salt it and in runs right into a heavy traffic area where your car can get hit. What's rent money for if not to help keeping the place look nice? Why does it look like a 3rd world? It's the managements responsibility and guess what? Worst thing is, since there's no background checks, this is a heroin infested neighborhood. Police are always up there every day/night and Ambulances are up there every weekend because someone OD on Heroin. If I could give it ZERO STARS I would. My poor family and some friends live there and I wish I could help them move away. It's like a 3rd world country.
