Must not need my business. I left a voice mail asking them to call me so I can have my road bike serviced. I’m ready to get a new helmet and shoes as well as some riding shirts so I’ll take my money elsewhere since they can’t even have the courtesy to return my calls.

You can't even go inside right now you have to make an appointment. I have called them and they never answer. I also left a message and they never got back to me. They a bit pricey too .

Owner Joe Allan went above and beyond to help us! We were stuck on the side of the street when he stopped and offered to help. He gave us a ride to his shop where he looked over my tangled and broken derailleur.nnMy husband and I had traveled from Kansas City to ride the Donut Trail, and this was to be our last of three days of riding. Joe got us moving on our Donut Quest with a loaner bike (a sweet BMC) while he called around for parts. We pedaled to another donut shop, then back to our hotel via the scenic Great Miami Riverfront Trail.nnWe loaded the loaner onto our bike rack and drove back to Fairfield Cyclery fully expecting a big bill for a mechanical checkup and a days rental for the loaner. Joe couldn’t have been nicer, nor more fair. His shop appears to be well stocked, clean, and organized. I am a Grateful customer!
