Awesome staff. Amanda the manager was very attentive and professional, not just to me but to her staff as well..All the staff were extremely nice and actually cared about taking care of their guests. It is a very clean hotel and in a good location.. I can't say enough!and I will definitely be coming back!!nI have to make an edit. I was wrong, I can say more.nEmily, the second shift front desk clerk was very courteous, knowledgeable about the premises and her duties, and went out of her way to make sure that everything ran smoothly. She deserves 5 stars too. Great job Emily... Keep up the good work..

We are here visiting our son. After driving six hours we just want to relax. We were placed in a room on the backside of the hotel and it was obvious they weren't booked to capacity. We asked to be on the first floor closer to the lobby. We were told there were no rooms. The room we were placed in was the WORST. I travel frequently and I must say this bed was by far the worst bed I've ever slept in in my travels. It felt like we were lying on a slightly padded box spring. You could actually feel and hear the springs. The total opposite of the last room I had when we stayed here. I told the manager and she came down and tested the bed and explained that the hotel was in the process of replacing old mattresses. We were moved to a new room closer to the lobby and that bed was super comfy, like the last bed when we stayed previously. They attempted to rectify the problem quickly. However, the next next, the guests on the second floor stomped into the wee hours of the morning and we could hear loud snoring from our neighboring guests. Needless to say, we were able to rest well despite the surrounding disturbances. Wasn't to pleases with this stay.

Absolutely a great motel... Amanda and her staff are awesome. They go out of they way to take care of everybody.. It is always clean and well ran. Close to shopping and food. Indoor pool.. Emily is the front desk clerk for 2nd shift and she does her job with expertize.. All in All-- a great place to stay.

Room smelled like cigarettes when I first walked in even though it’s supposedly a non smoking hotel, maybe it’s mildew. The receptionist also overcharged me “on accident” even though my reservation information was right in front of her, and the refund to my card could take up to three days which is problematic. Same receptionist also talks down to customers in a super patronizing and condescending tone, over used the phrases “honey” and “sweetie” to the highest degree- super off putting and unprofessional. So yeah, by all means stay here if you love the smell of mildew and 1970s era decor hotel rooms and horrible customer service.
