Job: Replacement of 30 y.o. flat roof on private home. Options of materials fully discussed resulting in an informed decision. Price given & kept to. Exceptional communication, superior professional work, and completed in a timely manner. A minor issues afterward was immediately addressed resulting in complete satisfaction. Highly recommend.

SCAM company. Don’t hire. My new roof that they installed is still not repaired. It’s been months. Leaked twice since they installed it. There was water damage and bubbling paint inside my house. And they still haven’t come to repair the inside. Their workers were loud and played loud music in the early morning until the night. Not professional. I work from home and wasn’t able to work. One of the workers was creepy and left flowers on my door. It wasn’t sweet. They have a completely disorganized payment system. I paid them $5000 via credit card and they said I never did and they had no record I spoke to anyone. So disorganized. They made appointments four times to come and repair the inside and they never showed, never called. And the quote they give you isn’t really valid. They add on thousands in extra costs. Including insulation! The quote I had for $8000 ended up over $10,000. Be sure that they quote the roof cost with insulation and all costs. You shouldn’t have to do that, but they will say your roof cost more as if they have no idea how to give an estimate. So many things went wrong. Even their dumpster company left giant gouges from the dumpster in my driveway when they took away debris. It ended up an insurance claim.

There crew came and removed my old roof and put the new one on in 1 day, they did a very good job. After the roof job was over, I used them to install screens on all of the gutters.

This was one of the best experiences we have had with a home improvement and company. David was absolutely amazing and helpful with planning the locations of our sky lights and the roofing color that matched our house perfectly In addition, the price was a few grand below any other companies pricing. Furthermore, they did an exception clean up job. All around it was an extremely awesome experience and a job well done. My wife was even pleased!!! I highly recommend them for anyone looking to get a new roof.
