Lou Is great! He helped me build the bike of my dreams using his extensive knowledge of Ibis products. I believe that he genuinely LOVES riding Ibis bicycles and Because of his extensive experience as a rider he intuitively knows what riders want. This is the PLACE to buy an IBIS or Santa Cruz bike. Lou was knowledgeable and exceedingly helpful with picking out the right model and build for the bike. He cares about the customer and making sure they get what they want and not just selling for the sake of it. I have ridden over 1000 miles on the Ripmo v1 I purchased and no issues whatsoever with the build out. I highly recommend this shop.

Such a great experience with Briarcliff Bike Works. Lou went above and beyond to help me find a new Mountain Bike. I had been to 2 other bike shops prior to buying a bike from Lou. The other shops couldn't be bothered. No one had the bike or demo sizes I needed and they didn't seem like they really wanted to go out of their way to find me one. Lou not only got me a demo bike right away, but he talked me through each part so I fully understood what I was spending my money on.
