If you are a fan of the friendliest, most knowledge people being willing to spend whatever time it takes making sure you have the best setup possible, then this is the place for you. Lou went out of his way to teach me all about the different components and find a bike best suited for me. Would highly recommend to anyone!

Lou Is great! He helped me build the bike of my dreams using his extensive knowledge of Ibis products. I believe that he genuinely LOVES riding Ibis bicycles and Because of his extensive experience as a rider he intuitively knows what riders want. I highly recommend Briarcliff Bicycle Works. ,Lou accommodated my schedule and meet me for my test ride with little prior notice. Lou anticipated what I needed to get the most out of my testride. Once I decided on the build Lou and Anthony really delivered !!!! It was an great experience !!

Purchasing this Ibis Ripley from Lou was the best buying experience I have had yet. This is my 9th mountain bike in 32 years. I thought I knew everything about mountain bikes until I met Lou a few years back. The Ripley blows away my Pivot Mach 6. I did not just get an incredible bike, I got Lou and his unbelievable knowledge, experience, advice and time. This is the PLACE to buy an IBIS or Santa Cruz bike. Lou was knowledgeable and exceedingly helpful with picking out the right model and build for the bike. He cares about the customer and making sure they get what they want and not just selling for the sake of it. I have ridden over 1000 miles on the Ripmo v1 I purchased and no issues whatsoever with the build out. I highly recommend this shop.

Such a great experience with Briarcliff Bike Works. Lou went above and beyond to help me find a new Mountain Bike. I had been to 2 other bike shops prior to buying a bike from Lou. The other shops couldn't be bothered. No one had the bike or demo sizes I needed and they didn't seem like they really wanted to go out of their way to find me one. Lou not only got me a demo bike right away, but he talked me through each part so I fully understood what I was spending my money on. I really appreciated all of his help and I love my new Ibis Ripley! Highly recommend shopping with Briarcliff Bike Works!
