Glenn Swan is a true professional. An expert at building the bike you want, repairing the one you have and won't ever up-sell you (probably tell you about all comparable, less expensive options).

I recently moved to Ithaca from Buffalo where I rely solely on my bike for everything. My back tire popped and I lost my tools during the move. Mr. Swan saved all of my job prospects that required me to use my bike in less than 5 minutes. I cannot thank this man enough. Mr. Swan is extremely knowledgeable and extremely welcoming to everyone. I highly recommend him to any cyclist.
