Tip-Top recently replaced the roof on my detached garage. It was built in 1929 and had two layers and they completely removed everything and installed a new roof. Great crew, great clean up, and I'm very satisfied.
It was a really good experience working with Tip Top Building Corp. They were pleasant and answered all of our questions and explained what would be done with a very fair estimate. On the day they came, they arrived on time and worked all day and cleaned up when they were done. The roof looks great and there was no debris or trash anywhere to be seen. Stefan, the owner's son, was the head of the team that did the work and they worked as a really close knit experienced team and got the job done in a very timely fashion.
