Great stay; wonderful hotel. Celia at front desk was extraordinarily friendly and dealing effortlessly with multiple guests and requests. Room was solid and spacious. [Like most US hotels the temperature control is superb, but the soundproofing needs improvement.]
The staff mostly very nice the night manager young lady very polite for the most part the place was clean although on my first day I walked into the room and found a dirty sock on the floor I did mention it to the receptionist they didn't really do much about it The hand sanitizing stations were mostly empty
No complaints. Nice place to stay and friendly and helpful staff.
Excellent staff!! Extremely clean! They upgraded me complimentary to an executive suite at no charge! Just phenomenal service all around!!!!
The overnight desk person Nia is great. She has some of the best customer service that I have seen.
