Bed and pillows were comfortable. Good quality toiletries. The lobby was enchanting, Television, comfy sofas. Snack bar. However there was no tea in my room, only coffee, two normal brews and one decaf. Overall layout of the room was nice. I would stay again.
The hotel was clean and perfect for us. The problem we had was with the receptionist that checked us in. She was a blonde bigger lady. My friend brought 2 balloons to take pictures at the lake. She said there better not be any parties here. It is a family hotel. Don't make me come upstairs. First of all you do not need to be rude. Second we were getting dressed at the hotel and going to the Brewery's. Only came back to sleep. There was no reason for her to be so rude over 2 balloons. But we we're woken up from 6am till 9am with kids running up and down the hotel screaming but she doesn't come up the stairs for that. She made the hotel stay a bad experience. I'm hoping the hotel will try to make up for this bad experience
Clean, modern rooms. Good service @ front desk. Food just ok! Location about 20 minutes away from ski mountain.
Rooms are nice and clean. Had to wait long time for them to be read and cleaned at 330 in afternoon. Seemed to be a problem with clean sheets
Good value for the money and their staff is excellent with regard to customer service. Have me a better rate at check in and saved me a ton of money. What more could be said!
