This is the best B&B I’ve ever been to and Karin is such a wonderful, accommodating host who happens to make a delicious gourmet breakfast! Everything was so clean and neat and had the most charming decor! The yard was beautiful, and our stay was pleasant from start to finish. We can’t wait to stay here again on our next get away.
Bed & Breakfast at Oliver Phelps was exactly what we wanted for our get away weekend. We stayed in the Oliver Phelps suite, which was lovely with its sitting area and en suite bathroom. Karin is a wonderful innkeeper and her gourmet breakfasts were delicious. Coffee, tea and cold waters were available all day long and we were given delicious, homemade snacks.
We found the Oliver Phelps B&B from an online search for accommodations in the Finger Lakes. Based on location, great reviews, and a promotional special, we booked our three night stay. So glad we did. The property is lovely, room perfectly appointed with every amenity, delicious locally sourced breakfast, and yummy treats every afternoon. The owner, Karin, was kind and helpful, and the inn is spotless and safe, which is, of course, on the minds of everyone during these COVID times.nnThe location is perfect for exploring the less crowded parts of the Finger Lakes region. Close to Sonnenberg Mansion & Gardens, the Granger Homestead & Carriage Museum, downtown shops and restaurants. We also loved exploring the wineries, farms, and pottery trail in the Canandaigua and Keuka Lakes area.
Incredible! Karin went above and beyond day and night to make my visit wonderful. The food was so lovely.. The room was peaceful and very comfortable. The fire was nice and warm. The house is gorgeous. I can’t say enough good things about Oliver Phelps Bed and Breakfast.
