The work they do is exceptional and we love that Matt is hands on with his large projects. Lightscapes is the best there is in the Syracuse area!

They do great work and they employ two of my sons, so they must be great. Lol. But seriously, their work is exceptional.

Syracuse Lightscapes is one of the hardest working and most inspiring companies to watch grow. Their crews show professionalism, are motivated, easy to communicate with and have an attention to detail that no other landscape company in Syracuse does. If you are looking for a high end job or unique outdoor living area, this is your company. Be advised, they do very good work and are booked out very far in advance.

if you could give zero stars i would - this clown show doesn't deserve to be called a business - getting professionalism or any response to an issue from this group is like dealing with a 5 year olds lemonade stand customer service department...it doesn't exist

Let me begin by saying: Syr Lightscapes is probably one of the most responsive, reliable and incredible companies I've e...ver dealt with. When I first sent a request for a plowing quote, I did not respond right away. Matt O'Reily the owner actually followed up with me twice! For me, that is *unheard of*! No one else I requested a quote from followed up and some just left a piece of paper in my mailbox. This demonstrates - at least for me - that this man and this company truly understand that it is not only fantastic service (to come in a moment) but communication. Now relative to service I have absolutely ZERO complaints. I emailed once and heard back immediately (see the pattern here relative to communication?). My drive was usually one of the first plowed in my neighborhood. I cannot more highly speak of them or of Matt. Now on to spring and hopefully some lightwork in the works! :-) I look forward to this company's success and to being part of it.See More
